Chit launched her own business (CCEducare Myanmar, a digital education company) and started teaching, consulting, and mentoring at exclusive events in 2017. She has participated in over 140 events globally, covering countries like Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, and the USA. In January 2024, she expanded her knowledge-sharing activities to social media, particularly focusing on TikTok. Her content has reached over 2 million views and garnered an audience of 750k within just one month. Chit's main goal is to share educational, self-development, career, and business opportunities for youth and women in Myanmar.
